Right to rectification of data: you have the right to rectify your personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete;

Right to erasure: On the basis of the so-called 'right to be forgotten', you may request the erasure of your personal data, unless there is an obligation to retain it. The right to erasure is not a right that applies without exception. For example, we have the right to further process your personal data if such processing is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligations or for the investigation, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to restrict processing: This right includes restricting the use itself or the way in which personal data is used. This right is limited to certain cases and in particular applies if: (a) the data are incorrect; (b) the processing is unlawful and you refuse to delete the data; (c) we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend against legal claims. If processing is restricted, the data may still be stored by us but not used. We maintain a list of individuals who have exercised their right to restrict processing to ensure compliance with this restriction.

Right to data portability: This right means that, as far as technically possible, we transfer your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format for your own purposes;

Right to object:
you may object to the processing of your personal data where this is based on legitimate interests, in particular in the case of direct marketing.

The right to withdraw the consent given: although you have given your consent to processing, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The fact that you withdraw your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent given up to the time of withdrawal.

Exercising these rights is free of charge for the user. However, two-factor authentication is required for this purpose. In accordance with our statutory obligations, we will make every effort to transfer, rectify or delete your personal data on our systems.

In order to exercise your rights, you should contact our company by e-mail or by post. The contact details can be found in section A.

The user has the possibility to lodge an objection with the Data Protection Officer referred to in this privacy policy (see Part A for contact details) or with the supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where the user lives, works or where the alleged infringement was committed.
