All correctly submitted forms will be assessed by the Jury in two phases:
SCOPE 1: Direct emissions
Emissions created as a result of burning fuels (on-site and in transport) whenever this is connected to assets owned by the company or directly controlled by it.This also includes emissions resulting from technological processes and from evaporating coolants.
SCOPE 2: Indirect emissions - owned
These are indirect emissions which result from the use of imported (purchased or delivered externally) energy (electricity, heat, steam, cooling).
SCOPE 3: Indirect emissions - not owned (suppliers)
These are other indirect emissions generated throughout the value chain, e.g. through the production of raw materials or semi-finished products, waste management, transport of raw materials and products, business trips of employees or use of products by end users.
The jury will assess all correctly submitted entries and select three winners in each of the categories.
